I hold a PhD in Plant Pathology from Washington State University, with years of research and industry experience across biotechnology, quality systems, and production. After building a career in the US, I moved back to India to build my own brand "Bio Periposa Pvt. Ltd." an organic herbal powder brand, from the ground up which focuses on quality.
That journey taught me how lonely building alone really is. The expertise, the drive, the vision, you have all of it. What you don't have is a room full of people who actually understand what you're carrying, or the scale that comes from facing it together.
Here's the philosophy behind why I started this group: most of us were taught to build alone, guard our contacts, and treat every other business as competition. But scale isn't something you build alone, it's something a family builds together, by sharing resources, trust, and reach instead of guarding them.
